had the best stay! staff was amazing, super friendly, and went above and beyond. they arranged activities, gave great advice, and even cooked for us. felt so welcomed. definitely coming back!

Spacious Suite: The suite at the hotel was so spacious, it felt like stepping into a mini mansion. With two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms, it gave us the privacy and comfort we needed during our stay.

Faulty Motorbike: The hotel's motorbike had some issues which caused inconvenience during our trip.

The location of the hotel in Chiang Mai is great, short walk to the old town as well as the bus station. The place to have lunch at a short distance from the property is Green Factory.

The breakfast was delicious and gorgeous, well presented and with a great selection of options. The location was particularly good for traveling around Chiang Mai, just off the outstanding dining options and the old town. I had coffee at Barefoot Cafe, located within 20 minutes walk...

The pool was very clean and the staff was hospitable. Truly enjoyedthe good meals and delicious breakfast.

During my recent transit in Chiang Mai, I stayed at Thai Hotel Chiangmai. One of the advantages of this hotel is its convenient proximity to the nearest airport, only 8 km away. This made for a quick and hassle-free journey to and from the hotel, saving me valuable time during my short stay. the hotel's location is ideal for exploring Chiang Mai, as it is only a 10-minute ride from the city center and 15 km away from popular attractions.

I must express my disappointment with the hotel's motorbike rental service. The bikes provided were faulty and unsafe, resulting in multiple issues throughout my stay.
